Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley was born February 26th, 1976 at Falmouth Jamaica. He is among the most wealthy and popular Reggae artists. He was in Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records for his 1996 debut album, Like Father Like Son album and singles such as Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the number one British reggae chart) and"Who The Cap" (remix), Sensimelia and others all contributed to the rising recognition for the new reggae of his generation. Ky-Mani and Praswell from the Fugees joined together in 1997 to create Avenue which was a cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was first seen on stage in Miami at Midem. Marley played a live set at the Cameo Theatre, which was broadcast by Caribbean News Agency across 36 nations. Marley was the focus of a bidding war.
